He has been playing the cello since 5th grade and currently studies under the tutelage of Bobae Lee. He is a member of both the Sam H. Lawson Middle School Chamber Orchestra and the California Youth Symphony (CYS) Intermezzi Strings. Juwon has won awards and prizes, most recently from the 2024 Silicon Valley Music Competition, in addition to receiving the Outstanding Orchestra Student Award from his school for the 2023-2024 academic year. Outside of music, Juwon enjoys playing golf and tennis with his friends.
